Do I need to buy the box to use Ignite TiVi?
No. The Ignite TiVi app also runs on Android TV, Fire TV, Phones and Tablets. The box is the simplest option, with the app already installed
Where can I find my subscription expiry and account details?
Login to our billing portal and go to services. From there you will be able to upgrade, cancel and view subscription details
Can I watch on more than one TV?
Yes, Depending on how many connections you purchased. 1 Connection allows you to watch on one TV at a time, 5 will allow up to 5 etc
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Pay by card or bank transfer, monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for
The picture is buffering. What should I do?
Restart the box and your router, then switch to Ethernet or move closer to the router. If it continues, open Settings, choose Playback, and lower the quality one step
What is your refund policy?
If the box arrives faulty, we replace it. If Ignite TiVi is not right for you, ask for a refund within 24 hrs. After that period the service is non-refundable
Do you provide Video On Demand (VOD)?
Yes, we offer VOD bundled within our IPTV service & we also offer a bonus VOD app. installation instructions are shown in our guides
Do you support 4K and Ultra HD streaming?
Our Ignite Box Pro supports 4K and Ultra HD streaming for the best visual experience. BYOD needs to be compatible with 4K content.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
How do I receive my login details?
After your order is confirmed, your login credentials and setup instructions are sent to your registered email address
